    AG2-SB Improve the Laserfiche jail records project to make the process easier to accomplish and look at a way to electronically send records to Laserfiche and file instead of printing and rescanning.

    This is on track.  Will meet with IT soon to start this project.  Staff wil continue to scan and file until we an figure this out.  

    Staff are still scanning and indexing these records  .  IT is unable to do this for now.  Will readdress in a few months

    Staff is continuing to work on this and are about 50% completed.  They are keeping up with recent arrests and scanning each day

    AH1-SB Evaluate staffing needs annually to ensure personnel are able to adequately handle call load, averaging less than 10 calls being held to pass on to the following shift.

    We have 5 vacancies in this unit.  We are taking a lot more calls because of COVID. We have 7 LD officers assigned to us at this time.  

    We are still struggling to handle the additional calls given to this unit during Covid.  (See monthly call stats)  We are sending 20+ calls to next shift.  We currently have 3 vacancies.  We have 5 LD officers at this time.  DRU has been unable to keep up with the Juvenile Sealing and Expungements due to call load nor have they been able to keep up with report review.  

     We currently have 3 vacancies but al positions are filled.  Waiting to transfer staff from Communications.  We stil have 5 LD officers assisting with calls during COVID.  Juvenile sealings are 95% complete from last month due to pulling in Records staff and management to assist.  The same staff will work on Adult expungements during the next two months to catch these up.  Youth division will be trained on how to process Juvenile sealings in December.

    AI2-SB Finalize the Accident Report contract to sell accident reports online and include in kiosks that would be available in all divisions for citizens to purchase reports from the kiosk or online.
