    With new RMS and new processes we will be able to analysis this once full staffing is completed.  We have two openings in this unit.   

    Warrant/ID is  posting/hiring for 2 position, hopefully by the end of the year.   Needs assessments have been forwarded to DC Kamper for Budget Discussions.

    New Towing company contract will allow DRU to finally look at staffing levels after the initial new RMS process is completed.  Right now DRU is lagging behind on both Report Review and Online reporting due to officers calling and coming into DRU and learning the new RMS software and processes.  

    New Towing company contract will allow DRU to finally look at staffing levels after the initial new RMS process is completed.  DRU is working overtime to catch up all online reports and report review which is taking longer due to the way the new RMS software is written/coding.  Needs assessments were sent to DC Kamper for Budget discussions.

    Implemented Autoreturn which is helping to level out staffing and we are caught up on online reporting.  Online reporting was taken down in November and DRU staff are taking on more calls because of this.  .  We currently have 2 openings and 2 retirements coming up in January.    Needs assessments were sent to DC Kamper for Budget discussions.

    Meetings currently being held to discuss project. Architect to be hired to design facility enhancements in the Bob Bolen Fire Training Building shell space to include Police property room expansion and Arson property room.
