L1-SB Increase participation in both the Parent Project and PAL program by 5% each year.

PAL participation continues to increases. Events held weekly in each Division prior to Covid pandemic.

Telephone contact with CAPA/MAC volunteers.  CERT coordinator maintained similar contact with those volunteers.
