Patrol - Address facility needs for all Patrol Divisions to include new facilities for the Sixth Division, Far West Division, South Division, and a consolidated Central Division.	The North Division and West Division/Joyce projects are under construction. The new South Division was added to the 2018 bond package.	The North Division and West Division/ Joyce projects are complete with personnel moving into the new spaces in 2018. The new South Division project was approved in the 2018 Bond Program. Patrol - Increase officer and sergeant patrol staffing in Patrol Divisions each year based on call load and vacancies in support of calls for service workload. (See Staffing Section for details.)	The final staffing component for the 6th Patrol Division was approved by City Council on September 26th. Those positions will be filled through promotional tests. City Council also approved officer overages beyond the Department's authorized strength through much of FY18 to accommodate graduating academy classes. Future year staffing increases are included in the Strategic Plan, which has yet to be presented to Council.	Staffing updates will depend on the final report from the Matrix Consulting Group recommendations and City Manager/City Council approval. Patrol - Increase the number of patrol investigators to twenty-seven in order to keep up with the increasing citizen population that is occurring throughout the city by FY18.	An additional ten detective positions were authorized by City Council as part of the 6th Division personnel allotment. Additional staffing increases are outlined in the Strategic Plan, which has yet to be presented to Council.
