East - Assist with increasing economic development and investment through enforcement, crime prevention, and active engagement with various community partners. Commanders shall establish an economic development committee and meet four times per year to discuss and identify new modes of collaboration and joint venture opportunities.

    Accomplishments

    We have NPOs that communicate and working closely with the East Fort Worth Business Association.  NPOs have relationships with most business owners on their beat and go out yearly to make sure they have updated information on their spreadsheets.  We continue to collaborate with the East Fort Worth Business Association, Vision East Lancaster group and the Woodhaven Business Association.  The bike unit has begun to focus along the Lancaster corridor, speaking with business owners as a regular "ride."
