    Sworn and civilian employees are encouraged to provide their ideas and on how to address ongoing crime problems. There are frequent conversations with officers, supervisors and citizens with ideas/solutions. Community forums have been established where citizens and city officers/civilian employees meet to discuss crime problems and how to best address them. The community forums have an advisory component for just this dialogue.
