    Accomplishments

    Monthly unit meetings are held with detectives. Detectives are included in our weekly crime meetings.  Sergeant Finch and Lieutenant Demore regularly discuss cases and a weekly report is sent detailing detective cases. We have also begun having a bi-monthly city-wide property crimes meeting and a quarterly city-wide detective meeting. Monthly detective audits ae completed by Sergeant Finch. Daily reviews of cases are done by Acting Commander White and pertinent information is shared quickly.
