    Accomplishments

    The commander, the captain, and all Central Divison lieutenants meet weekly to discuss Central Division issues,including cases. As well, there is a monthly detective unit meeting with all detectives. Sergeant Finch reviews 3 case loads of 3 detectives per month to check for compliance and submits the results up the chain. Sergeant Finch continues to monitor the productivity of detectives with low warrants in the past year.
