    This is ongoing. NPOs submit weekly reports about crime on their beats, they send that information to community leaders, partners, businesses, and City Council members; the NPOs, as a group, identify a problem area in the division and do a unit detail to address the issue, and they meet with businesses owners, neighborhood groups, and citizens to address crime issues.
