We have weekly meetings to discuss crime trends and how to address them, hence we have several groups. We have provided a Crime Action Plan (CAP) for the Shelter District area and the Downtown area. The shelter district meeting includes the Shelter district NPOs (2 shifts), the supervisor, and community leaders for the area. The downtown security group meeting includes TCSO, FWPD Commander, Captain, CIU Lieutenant, and the downtown NPOs. As well, we have a weekly meeting with the commander, the captain, and all Central Division lieutenants. Immediately following this, we meet with all NPOs, sergeants, SRT, Intel, and a crime analyst to address trends.
