    Accomplishments

    NPOs patrol their areas and look for quality of life issues every week and report them to Code Compliance. In addition, they handle complaints from citizens. NPOs coordinate with Code to clean up homeless camps. PD, Code and other community leaderswork together to be proactive in this area. NPOs have completed numerous panhandler details, serveral homeless camp cleanups, and  worked with Narcotics in various areas. The Ash Crescent Neighborhood, which is a Neighborhood Improvement Strategy area, has had remarkable inprovement in this area.
