    Accomplishments

    NPOs patrol their areas and look for quality of life issues every week and report them to Code Compliance. In addition, they handle complaints from citizens. NPOs coordinate with Code to clean up homeless camps. PD, Code and other community leaders. NPOs have completed numerous panhandler details, several homeless camp cleanups, and officers completed several prostitution details with Vice, and worked with Narcotics in various areas.
