Central's officers regularly meet with stakeholders and community members, but this was obviously altered due to COVID. Meetings have been replaced with phone calls, emails, and social distancing conversations. Crime strategy has continued and planning has continued as well. Online tools and communication platforms have plugged Code Blue/COPS organizations back into regular communication that used to occur in scheduled meetings. Central has adapted by assisting the community in new ways, such as a parade for a veteran's 100 year birthday coming up.
