North - Increase communication between NPOs, community groups, apartment managers, beat officers, and other departmental groups regarding new beat trends, making a concerted and collaborative effort to address them in a timely manner by hosting police sponsored neighborhood meetings within each neighborhood.

    Accomplishments

    NPO did a good job of coordinating a recent crime trend of a person exposing himself at a park on E11's beat.  Patrol was   given description of the actor, and within 24 hours he was apprehended. The NPO worked with SCRAM on prior incidents involving individual (report #200090055).  NPOs and patrol have very good working relationship sharing crime trend info with each other.
