Northwest - Create at least two new CODE Blue groups per year per Division by conducting community walks, creating bilingual advertisements, solicitation through neighborhood association meetings, bringing Code Blue applications to all events where police are present, and providing short recruitment speeches at all applicable events.

    Accomplishments

    The NPOS and Dorothy Tyler and myself have been attending the neighborhood meetings and hoa meetings. At these meetings after the topics are discussed we attempt to recruit attendees to be volunteers in the COP program and also to become part of the neighborhood watch. We discuss both groups in depth explain about how they differ. We have recruited 2 possible new crime watch groups . Also we have been attempting to recruit more members for the COP program as well.
