NPO's and Commander continue meeting with our already established community meetings. We held Community Partner meetings this month (All NPOs held meetings on their beats this month).  The NW NPOs attended the Remington Point Elementary Hi and High Fives morning event, the mobile food pantry event at the Northside Community Center, The Sam Rosen Elementary Carnival, Career days at Rufino Mendoza Elementary, The Greek Festival, The Meachem Middle Lebow Street Cleanup, A Thanksgiving Lunch at the sector, the Greenfield Elementary fun run, Traffic Assistance at the MLK Parade, The COP Bowling Tournament, the Veteran's Day Parade, Diamond Hill Thanksgiving Celebration, and a Beyond the Badge Presentation at the Academy. We have also been patrolling on bikes when there was time due to the heavy schedule this month. These meetings emphasized the involvement of our COPs members, our NPO's and the community to build a stronger committed relationship between the Police Department and the communities in which we serve.
