NPO disseminate their weekly activity report to the shift Sergeants. During our monthly meetings we have tasked/delegated the authority for NPO's to take ownership of their respective areas and reach out to specialized units and their beat officers.  Instead of attending roll calls due to the COVID-19 pandemic, NPO's send and receive information to all patrol shifts.  Since we can no longer have our normal citywide property crimes meeting,  we still communicate across Divisional lines through emails and phones.  The specialized units weekly reports are disseminated to all patrol supervisors.  We reach out to specialized units on a weekly basis and vice versa. Patrol lieutenants remain in touch with their groups through field visitations and emails.
