Central - Decrease Downtown panhandling complaints by 10% through education of tourists, citizens, and enforcement details. NPOs shall conduct one enforcement detail per month in affected areas and document them in monthly reports.

    Central Division NPO's and Bikes conduct weekly details and other daily details as needed to address various issues in the division.  Central division Baker NPOs have conducted panhandling details on a constant basis. Downtown Bikes is focusing on issues near the Library, at parking garages, and other areas in order to reduce panhandling complaints.
