Central Division NPO's and Bikes conduct weekly details and other details as needed to address various issues in the division.  Approximately twice a month the NPO's conduct a detail which addresses homeless issues. There were only 84 panhandling calls in the month of December  compared to 133 in the month of November. The Downtown Bike unit has put an emphasis on watching the downtown area. The major area of concern in Central Division according to the heat map is still Riverside and 121 (intersecting A12, A13, and A14) as well as I35 and Berry (intersecting B16 and B17).
