| The public improvement district petition was submitted to City of Fort Worth staff to verify the signatures. In addition, DC Shedd was elected to the board of the East Fort Worth Business Association. The PID was selected as the project of the year by East Fort Worth Business Association. The PID was approved by Council and the selection process for the managing company has started. The initial scope of work for the security company was developed and submitted in October. | All officers were trained on Beat Integrity through Power DMS. Beat management techniques are being addressed by my Supervisors and veteran officers in the field. This training is being reiterated by FTO's - to - P.O.'s, during field training, and patrol supervisors - to - all officers during roll call training.
