NPO's have continued to conduct daily spot checks at peak times to address loitering. They have also addressed complaints as they came in. The NPO's have conducted one enforcement special detail and four outreach details for the homeless population. The NPO's conducted four camp cleanups this quarter. |
The NPO's regularly work with businesses along the homeless corridor as well as downtown to discuss issues with the homeless population and help find solutions. The NPO's conduct spot checks of common locations for homeless persons in an effort to provide information about services. NPO's have conducted four camp cleanups during this quarter. |
