69.8% of calls to Communication's were answered within 10 seconds. 75.5% of calls to Communications were answered within 20 seconds. This is far from the past few months numbers and the main culprit is again, staffing. Staffing is currently 20% under what it's supposed to be. In addition to that number, we have been as many as 19 down due to Covid and other health issues. We haven't been able to hire and train people fast enough to keep up with the losses and it's showing. At this moment we have 11 in call taking training, and another group going through the back ground process. Since this current class started, we have already lost 5 personnel for various reasons.
