74.34% of calls to Communications were answered within 10 seconds. 7.64% of calls to Communications were answered within 15 seconds. And 80.41% of calls were answered within 20 seconds. Much of the lower numbers this period can be attributed to staffing. While we have used OT to cover staffing shortages, we still don't have enough personnel to cover it all. Regular staffing was still low, and we are working to continue to hire as fast as we can. Covid absences were high this month. On average we were down 10-12 people this month with peak reaching 16.
