| 75.31% of calls to Communications were answered within 10 seconds. 78.49% of calls to Communications were answered within 15 seconds. And 81.19% of calls were answered within 20 seconds. Much of the lower numbers this period can be attributed to staffing. While we have used OT to cover staffing shortages, we still don't have enough personnel to cover it all. Regular staffing was still low, and we are working to continue to hire as fast as we can. Covid absences were high this month. On average we were down 10-12 people this month with peak reaching 19. | 69.8% of calls to Communication's were answered within 10 seconds. 75.5% of calls to Communications were answered within 20 seconds. This is far from the past few months numbers and the main culprit is again, staffing. Staffing is currently 20% under what it's supposed to be. In addition to that number, we have been as many as 19 down due to Covid and other health issues. We haven't been able to hire and train people fast enough to keep up with the losses and it's showing. At this moment we have 11 in call taking training, and another group going through the back ground process. Since this current class started, we have already lost 5 personnel for various reasons. | 63.14% of calls to Communications were answered within 10 seconds. 69.93% of calls to Communications were answered within 20 seconds. | Had a zoom meeting. Not well attended. | Currently evaluating methods to reduce intake call load. With new units being created, so too are call types specific to those units. | Currently evaluating methods to reduce intake call load.
