Evaluate and provide resolution for citizen requests related to neighborhood, pedestrian, school and traffic safefty within 60 days from request date.  Traffic engineering staff completing all necessary engineering investigations, analysis, and approval of design layouts.  

In VueWorks access Find / Report / Manage in Service Request menu, run filter to return all service requests assigned to Traffic Engineering.  Data will be exported into excel and manual calculations completed to determine of all Service Requests greater than 60 days old (based on system logged date) how many have been closed and how many are open, then calculate percentage of closed to total of more than 60 days old. 

# of closed Service Requests within data set / Total # of Service Requests assigned to Traffic Engineering older than 60 days = % of closed Service Requests within 60 days.
