Propose 10,000 linear feet of sidewalk located within the 75% MMAs annually in an effort to improve sidewalks and mobility in those areas by 4% each year.  Staff track requests, conduct field assessments and then apply criteria that incorporates safety and equity in order to prioritize specific locations for future funding and capital construction delivery.

Staff utilize an excel tracking sheet that applies a scoring matrix that provides ranking and prioritization of specifics locations, quantified in linear feet.
