Measure Definition & Importance |
The Infrastructure Plan Review Center (IPRC) was establisheded in May of 2004 and has been tasked with the responsibility of performing the overall review of developer plans to ensure that they are in compliance with City standards/policies and that all necessary technical components adhere to City guidelines. This undertaking also comes with a commitment to the development and consulting community guaranteeing that all initial formal reviews will be performed within ten (10) business days. In order to monitor this effort, the IPRC maintains a database to capture the activity levels of each project and reports these metrics to the Development Advisory Committee (DAC) on a monthly basis.
