Measure Definition & Importance |
The goal of the Envision Centers is to provide communities with a centralized hub for support in four areas: Economic Empowerment, Educational Attainment, Health & Wellness, and Character and Leadership. It is important to track the number of Envision Center participants receiving workforce training and certification as a means of reducing the number of people living in poverty. The first Envision Center is located in Stop Six which is the first neighborhood selected for the Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP) in FY2017. The Envision Center carries forward the work begun by NIP.
