Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
Once a NEZ project is certified by Planning and Development, the project information including the current property value, will be inputted into a master spreadsheet. The property value will be updated annually, after TAD publishes the tax rolls. The new property value will be compared to the previous year's value to determine if an increase has been realized.
