Measure Definition & Importance |
Increase in youth participants in performing civic or community service as a part of existing program and/or independent community service activities events. One goal Neighborhood Services has is to teach youth the importance of being engaged in their community by understanding the importance community leadership, democracy and being responsible for maintaining the appearance, history, integrity and quality of life in the community. This is the first time this will be tracked so the current year will create a baseline.

Utilization of the CLASS software will be used to collect and analyze the information. Information is placed in the database to document all classes, programs and special events held at each center. Information can be pulled from this database by data owners and users of the software. Information is entered by staff at the facilities on weekly or monthly basis depending on the frequency of the program. Software can track number of participants and number of programs.

HV = LV + 10%
