Measure Definition & Importance |
Educating residents on energy conservation is a mandate of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, from whom our funding comes. By learning how to save on energy costs, residents are able to save money and re-invest the saved money in other areas, or in a savings account. This is an asset enhancement measure, and it is county (Tarrant) wide. The target is based on regulations based on regulatory requirements set by Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA).
