This KPI will measure the percentage of Peoplesoft Contract renewals that are completed before the current agreement expires. The completion of the Peoplesoft contract renewal prior to the expiration of the current agreement will ensure there is not a disruption in services needed.

By utilizing the PeopleSoft Financials Query reports, we can monitor contract expiration dates and renewal terms remaining. If there are renewals remaining on the current agreement, these will be renewed prior to the expiration to ensure there is not a disruption in service.
