Measure Definition & Importance |
The PID Administration Division is responsible for the compliance of all PID management contracts. It is also responsible coordination with PID managers of the budgets, accounting and procumbent of all PIDs. The purpose of the PID Administration is to ensure the contractors and advisory boards make decision in a sound, economical and efficient manner that benefit all property owners within the PID. Per PID policy , the City will pay all approved and qualified expenses of the PID in accordance with the adopted budget and service and assessment plan ,including invoices submitted by the Management Company, with such approval and payment to occur in a timely manner.
