The City Attorney's Office has created a database consisting of standard template contracts for use by the departments where applicable. The use of the template will allow the department to process a contract more quickly because the template only allows informational fields to be filled in and the substance language has already been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office. This process will be more efficient and provide better service to the customers, allows the department to gauge how responsive attorneys are in reviewing fast-track contracts and how often departments are able to take advantage of template contracts.

Data will be collected and compiled on a spreadsheet by the Section Chiefs in the Transactional Division and maintained by Peter Vaky, the Deputy City Attorney over Transactional.  The data is stored in a spreadsheet at \\FS100\Law\Business Plan\MDS Data FY16 tab:  343443-Fast Track.  The department target is 95%.
