Measure Definition & Importance |
This measure will track the number of executed contracts that result in unanticipated expenses to the City due to drafting errors by the attorney. Unanticipated expenses are expenses incurred because of litigation or through settlement prior to litigation. This measurement is important to ensure that we conserve City resources; the department target is to have no contracts result in unanticipated expenses.
