Measure Definition & Importance |
The surveys will measure overall client satisfaction with the Litigation Section of the City Attorney's Office; accessibility of the attorneys, response time of the attorneys, clear communication by the attorneys, subject matter knowledge, whether practical and useful advice is given to the client and if M&C assistance was provided. This measure will assist the department in evaluating its strengths and weaknesses in its performance. A satisfied response is a response of 3 or higher on a 5 point scale; the department target is 90% of respondents reporting they are satisfied with the Litigation Section.

Data will be compiled from surveys sent to Department Directors , ACM's and the City Manager semi-annually. Surveys will be returned by email and data will be compiled on a spreadsheet by Tracey McVay.
