Measure Definition & Importance |
Engagment rate indicates how well comunications drive participation among subscribers. Each measurement considers GovDelivery bulletins sent to subscribers over a 90-day time period. If a recipient opens the bulletin or clicks on a link, that recipient is considered engaged. The engagement rate is the percentage of message recipients who are engaged. This measurement allows the communications group to determine if messages are relevant and/or important to residents.
