Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
All information about elementary school presentations that have been made are entered into the Inventory Database by the team member who makes the prentations. The database is currently located at: cfwnet.org/Neighborhood. All presentation information is also documented on each team member's Community Engagement Outreach Report. This information can be accessed at:\\fs100\crd\NED\Staff Folders\2015 Community Outreach Summary Reports. (All of the above data will be transferred to a new Access database beginnin January 2016). Reports can be run by Presentation Name, Presentation Date, Date of Submission, School Name, Community Engagement Liaison or by Topics mentioned on an as needed basis.
