Measure Definition & Importance |
The Policy articles (articles that promote changes to city policy) and Benefits articles (articles that discuss any changes in benefits, healthcare coverage, etc.) are the most important articles that The Roundup sends out, since these are both categories that directly impact all city employees. Therefore, it's important that they are being seen by a large percentage of the organization's employees.

Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
Each Roundup article is tagged with a category, and the Policy and Benefits articles are no exception. I would need to pull the Google Analytics data that contains the unique pageviews of these articles, and compare them to the number of employees who received the article (here captured by the number of people on the Roundup's email list.) Ideally, 60% of employees would read these articles.
Per quarter: Average unique views of all policy and benefits articles/average number of employees
