The Fleet Division is responsible for Acquisition of all vehicles approved in the annual City budget.  Each department submits an Equipment Purchase Request (EPR) with their requested vehicles, funding source, quantities and description. The Fleet DIvision works collaboratively with the Purchasing Division to acquire the approved vehicles and equipment and is responsible for ensuring units are delivered in a timely manner based on each vendor's contract terms and unit specifications.
