Preventive Maintenance completion calculates the percentage of PM's for equipment completed for the regularly scheduled service interval. Preventive maintenance provides operational safely, extends the life of the asset, and reduces the long term maintenance expense.

Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
These data are kept in the FASTER Fleet Management System. PM intervals are established per vehicle when the vehicle is placed in service. Report #122 is the Preventive Maintenance Completion Information Report. This report shows two different types of PM's including PM-A (oil change and minor safety inspection) and PM-B (bumper-to-bumper major inspection). The report can be found in the "Report Runner" application on the Equipment tab.
