Our goal is to create and sustain a positive business environment that supports local businesses. We can accomplish this by initiating meetings with businesses on a regular basis. These meetings would be between decision makers at the local business and ED Staff. The purpose of the meeting is to connect with these companies to learn about what their operations entail, what challenges they are facing, and what their plans are for growth. The intent is that by opening up lines of communication City staff can better understand how to support these companies so that we can retain and grow their presence in Fort Worth.

The ED Department will create a list that tracks these visits, who we met with, etc. This will be saved in: Z:\Economic Development\Business Retention Recruitment\Retention Site Visits
