Measure Definition & Importance |
This is the percentage of all business recruitment projects for which incentives were approved within the current year that featured wage rate requirements that meet the average annual Tarrant County wage rate as published by the Texas Workforce Commission annually. This measure allows staff to track the degree to which those projects that are being awarded incentives support an increase in wage levels for the community.
