Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
A query of Priority 1 and Emergency Work orders completed by Forestry Crews within each quarter is run in Forestry's work order tracking database, WOTS located on FS100/PACS/forestry, the query includes call date and completion date. The results are transfered to a spreadsheet, where a formula subtracts holidays and weekends to determine number of business days each work order took to completion.
