Priority 3 - routine maintenance (ex. sign painting, shelter/playground/bench/tables/cookers repair) work orders are to be completed with 10 days It is necessary to track this measure to ensure the health, safety & welfare of the citizens of Fort Worth. By tracking this measure we are able to better identify deficiencies in staffing levels and/or equipment necessary to complete these measures as the infrastructure continues to grow with the City.

Trades Infrastructure staff perform queries of all completed & pending infrastructure work orders quarterly in the Trades work order tracking database (WOTS) (Access), WOTS is located on FS100/PACS/Trades. Work orders may be queried by date entered, date completed, priority designation, staff assigned or by park name. All queried results may be transferred to an excell spreadsheet for further computation.
