Measure Definition & Importance |
Park infrastructure work orders are prioritized as follows: Priority 1 -health & safety (ex. Exposed electrical wires, contamination, falling risk, etc.) work orders to be rectified within 48 hrs.; Priority 2 - monetary impact (ex. Water leaks, lights on 24/7, revenue generation inhibited, etc.) work orders are to be rectified within 72 hrs. It is necessary to track this measure to ensure the health, safety & welfare of the citizens of Fort Worth. By tracking this measure we are able to better identify deficiencies in staffing levels and/or equipment necessary to complete these measures as the infrastructure continues to grow with the City.
