| | % of rapid rehousing clients increasing income upon exitCMO-City Manager's Office |
Measure Definition & Importance |
To reduce homelessness, Directions Home funds rapid rehousing programs to quickly house clients and provide short-term rental assistance and short-term case management. Because assistance is only short-term, it is critical that clients increase income so they can maintain housing. Evaluating this measure shows us the quality of the case management and employment opportunities for those exiting homelessness.
