Data Source Details & Calculation Information |
To measure availability for all necessary servers we must monitor the uptime of all physical and virtual servers ITS maintains. These availability metrics must meet or exceed 98% uptime over the course of 3 months.
Availability percentage is calculated every hour and then aggregated daily, weekly, and then monthly. This aggregated value represents the proportion of time a service was unavailable to the total time measured. The singular value we report for this KPI will be a further aggregation of all our physical and virtual servers' availability.
