Following of ITS Project methodology is essential for delivering consistent results and systems that can be maintained.
The ITS Project methodology promotes consistent project execution and delivery of solutions that can be successfully maintained.

Data source: INNOTAS:
1. Record for each Project for which the Project Owner is a Project Management Office staff member
2. Projects were created during the month for which results will be reported
3. Project Category is "Projects" or "Projects with Financial"

Projects are scored based on how well the project followed ITS project methodology during the reporting month based on these criteria:

1. Project went through the "Intake" process ("Source Request" on the "Details" tab shows a valid request.
2. At least 1 task has a future date that appears reasonable.

(# of projects initiated during the month for which Owner is a PMO staff person, 
Project was created during the month, and the Project Category is ("Projects" or "Projects with Financials") ,
Project met both criteria (based on subjective judgment of reviewer:
Project completed the "Intake" process ("Source" field shows a valid Request), at least 1 task appears to have a valid future date
