Following of ITS Project methodology is essential for delivering consistent results and systems that can be maintained.
The ITS Project methodology promotes consistent project execution and delivery of solutions that can be successfully maintained.

Data source: INNOTAS:
1. Record for each Project for which the Project Owner is not a Project Management Office staff member
2. Projects were created during the month for which results will be reported
3. Project Category is "Projects" or "Projects with Financial"

Projects are scored based on how well the project followed ITS project methodology during the reporting month based on these criteria:

1. All relevant fields in "Detail" section are completed, fields that are NOT required are:
    a. Hold Date
    b. Funding Source
    c. CheckifFunded
    d. FID
    e. Funding Source2
    f. Billing Code
    g. Completion Date
    h. Capital information
2. Project has 3 or more tasks
3. Project has assigned team members

(# of projects initiated during the month for which Owner is not a PMO staff person, 
Project was created during the month, and the Project Category is ("Projects" or "Projects with Financials") ,
Project met all 3 criteria (based on subjective judgment of reviewer:
All relevant fields in the "Detail" section are completed, Project has 3 or more tasks,
Project has assigned team members
